The app does not start by "error code:-1011"

If the "error code:-1011" is displayed, please try the following.

1.Restart your device

Please restart your device.

2.Reinstall the app

If there are no changes, please reinstall the app.

*When you install the app, please sign in to App Store with the same Apple ID.

3.Open Grand Sumo App

In a place with good network, please restart Grand Sumo App.

4.Restore Tanimachi membership

Open the app > Tap "Become Tanimachi (Premium Member)" from the menu > Tap "Restore Tanimachi membership" at the bottom
