I can't use the app by "error code:3840"

When the connection-timeout to Apple server has occurred, error code 3840 is displayed on our app.

Please press "Retry button" and use the application.

 

If the error persists, we would like you to follow the instructions below.

1.Switch the network

If you are using Wi-Fi, please switch to LTE etc.

2.Restart your device and restart the app

In a place with good network, restart your device and restart Grand Sumo App.

3.reinstall the app

If there are no changes, please reinstall Grand Sumo app.

Caution on reinstalling the app

  • "Gohiiki" will be reset, so please add the Rikishi to "Gohiiki" again.
  • You need "Restore Tanimachi membership", if you are a Tanimachi (Premium Member).
