I cannot get push notifications

If you cannot get push notifications of Torikumi, the following causes are considered.

You haven't added any rikishi to your Gohiiki

Add your favorite rikishi to Gohiiki(Favorites).

* You can't get push notifications of heya and birthplace.

Add your favorite rikishi 

 

Notification settings are turned off

Please check the settings of the application.

On the edit screen, tap the bell mark and turn on the notification.

Open the app > Tap "menu" > "Gohiiki" > "Rikishi" > tap rikishi icon(on top right) > tap bell mark and turn it on

Your device is set not to get notifications of the app (blocked)

Please confirm the setting.

Allow notification

Close the app > Setting of your mobile > Grand Sumo app > Notifications > Allow notifications

*Words may differ depending on the mobile you use.

You restored the data from backup

If you restore the data from backup, you may not get push notifications. Please try reinstalling the app.

Caution on reinstalling the app

・"Gohiiki" will be reset, so please add the Rikishi to "Gohiiki" again.

・You need "Restore Tanimachi membership", if you are a Tanimachi (Premium Member).

*Open the app > Menu > Become Tanimachi > Restore Tanimachi membership
